Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit secures your session date. The balance is due on or before your shoot. Payments are accepted via Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions can be rescheduled with notice. Weather and emergencies are always handled fairly. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future date.

Session Experience

Every shoot is custom. We’ll collaborate on style, set design, and wardrobe — and you’ll approve the plan before the shoot. Any additional props, wardrobe, or set elements outside that plan will be added to the final budget. Children must be supervised during sessions for safety.

Delivery

Final images are delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. All images are professionally edited in our signature style. Additional edits outside this scope may incur fees.

Usage Rights

Clients receive personal use rights for all delivered images. Raw Milk Photography retains copyright and may feature select images in portfolio or marketing unless requested otherwise in writing.

Liability

We create a safe, professional environment. However, Raw Milk Photography is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen events during sessions.
